7 thematic catalogues will be produced in order to accompany and support the thematic exhibitions (art and architecture, handicrafts, pastoral life, oral tradition and music, traditional cooking, landscape, traditional diary products). These illustrated thematic catalogues will be published in print and electronically and will appear in two languages, English and the national language of the country hosting the exhibition.
